What is your minimum order quantity for corporate events?
For corporate events, we can cater to as few as 50 people. For industrial canteens, we serve from 100 to 5000+ meals daily. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
What certifications do you have?
We are FSSAI certified (11221007000040), GST registered (29ALSPR3676E1ZD), and have EPF (PYBOM1602357000) and ESIC registrations. We maintain the highest hygiene standards across all our operations.
Do you serve Jain or special dietary requirements?
Yes, we offer Jain food, no-onion-no-garlic options, and can accommodate various dietary preferences. Please mention your requirements during booking.
What is your cancellation policy for events?
We offer full refund for cancellations made 7 days before the event. For cancellations within 7 days, 50% of the estimated cost is applicable. Industrial contracts have separate terms based on agreement.
